Whether you’re looking to get comfortable in a gym environment, fine tuning some skills, looking to change a fitness routine you’re stuck in or you have no idea where to start, personal training sessions will keep you motivated and accountable with a well rounded exercise routine.
Weight training: will be structured around your experience with lifting, history of injuries and physical assessments. You will learn compound lifts(squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses and bench presses) which are exercises that engage two or more different joints and therefore incorporate more muscles.
Cable machines: cable exercises allow you to control angles of resistance, gaining confidence performing movements you might not have the strength or coordination yet to do with free weights or body weights.
Calisthenics/bodyweight training: your body weight is your resistance and as you build muscle and lose fat seemingly impossibilities will come easier in time. Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, gymnastic rings, ab wheels, bands, sliders isometric holds of all types and handstands are waiting for you through a series of challenging progressions.
