Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are done either at Cardio Go Gym on King Street West and Duncan Street with some sessions held in private condo gyms if they meet our needs.

Cardio Go provides a full gym with free weights, cable machines, kettle bells, medicine balls and cardio machines in a convenient downtown location and uniquely stylish exercise environment.

Personal training sessions are tailored towards each person’s goals with an emphasis on strength, balance, body weight exercises and addressing muscle imbalances. Sports performance can be another element of training sessions.

I’ve been personal training people for two years along with several years of training people of all levels in martial arts.
